I finally received my login credentials for the EPF online balance inquiry portal. It only took 3 years, 2 applications, a few emails and phone calls.
Upon logging in, I discovered that they only update the balance at the end of each year. Right now, I can see my balance as at 31 December 2018, and no further.
There is, however, an option to generate a yearly statement that lists down the contributions we’ve paid. I did this only to find out that several month’s contributions were missing from the statement.
I emailed them again. I hope to get this resolved in 3 more years.
